Arbeitsbeschreibung.
As Field Service Engineer Benelux, you will be the technical point of contact for Illumina customers. You will install and maintain all hardware, support troubleshooting, and resolve customer complaints. Acting as a technical consultant during both pre- and post-sales phases, you will work closely with commercial teams to support instrument uptime and ensure customer satisfaction.Your region covers Benelux (The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg), with occasional travel across Europe. The main focus is the Northern Part of Belgium, including the Southern part of the Netherlands.
Kandidaten Profil.
- BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
- Experience in field service, preferably in medical devices
- Knowledge of robotics, electronics, optics, and mechanical systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong IT skills and ability to work in regulated environments
