Description de l'emploi.
- You will provide technical support for customers, organize on-site trainings and consult on customer projects and method optimization.
- Development of GMP compliant cell and gene therapy processes using Miltenyi Biotec’s technologies will be your focus.
- You will create and maintain an excellent working relationship with technical support and R&D teams at Miltenyi Biotec’s headquarters.
- You will use your cell and gene therapy knowledge to develop strong customer relationships and build up long-term customer loyalty.
- In cooperation with the Account Managers, you will organize insightful seminars, and well-prepared product demonstrations. In addition, you will represent Miltenyi at scientific conferences, exhibitions and tradeshows.
- You will keep the customer database up-to-date and you will develop, implement and monitor action plans in alignment with the Sales team.
Profil du candidat.
- Minimum degree BSc in a biological discipline mandatory with preference to immunology or cancer with specialization in regenerative medicine and/or cell & gene therapy or bioprocesses
- Demonstrated experience of these specializations within academic, pharma-biotech or CRO/CMO organizations or pharmaceutical organizations
- Cell culture & cell handling experience is essential. GMP knowledge desirable
- Team player with a excellent planning skills
- High positive energy with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and French. Being trilingual in combination with Dutch is a plus
- Willing to travel extensively within Belgium and Luxembourg
