Description de l'emploi.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone or through virtual meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects on the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the sales cycle.
Profil du candidat.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in the technology/software industry is a plus.
