Business Development Associate .

Founded in 2012, InnoSer is an innovative and dynamic contract research organization (CRO) supporting discovery and preclinical development of drugs from its facilities in Belgium and the Netherlands. InnoSer’s mission is to accelerate drug development by offering well characterized and accurate near-patient research models and innovative CRO services.

These offerings include a proprietary PDX/O screening platform for oncology, a unique ADPKD mouse model for nephrology and a fully characterized midbrain organoid model for Parkinson’s disease. InnoSer also provides in vivo imaging, pathology and genetically engineered mouse model services including colony management, cryopreservation and sanitation/rederivation.

A full-suite of (digital) pathology services are offered via InnoSer’s sister company C-Path, and can be fully integrated to various study pipelines.

  • Execute business development plan
  • Maintain and grow global sales achieving overall sales objectives
  • Maintaining and build up strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Meeting agreed business development plans and do corrective actions if required
  • Meeting and exceeding sales expectations

Candidate profile.

  • Higher degree in Biology/Biotechnology/Pharmacy
  • Experience in drug discovery or drug development is an asset
  • Experience in Pathology or with animal models is considered a strong plus
  • 0-2 year experience in sales of scientific products/services or a strong commercial mindset
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
  • Business and analytical orientated
  • Persistent and result oriented
  • Team player
  • Passionate and enthusiastic
  • Independent, active and self-motivated
