Job description.

The Business Development Lead is responsible for bringing its in air microfluidics technology and products to the market! By using your entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic style, communications skills and hands-on mentality you will build  long-lasting customer relationships in the Life Science industry. In this exiting role you will get the freedom to help drive the evolution of a fast-growing brand.

Candidate profile.

•    You have a bachelor or Master degree in biomedical engineering, regenerative medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, or similar field of study.
•    You have at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in a B2B international environment, preferably with knowledge and network in the field of life science, cell culturing, pharmaceuticals, CDMO or equivalent.
•    You have a proven successful track record in a similar role, with scale-up experience/mentality.
•    You have preferable a hunter mentality with technical expertise.
•    You are a pragmatic and entrepreneurial spirit! 
•    You are willing to travel up to 25% of your time, across Europe and overseas.
 

Working conditions.

The right candidate will be offered an attractive salary, pension plan and 25 holidays. Future shares may be offered as part of the employment package.
