For The Hyve we are actively searching for an experienced and dynamic professional who will not only fill the role of Head of Sales, Marketing and Legal, but also bring substantial value to the team. Positioned as a leading company within the life science sector, The Hyve is unwavering in its commitment to harmonizing data infrastructure with the evolving research demands of global pharmaceutical giants and respected research institutions. The Hyve is a young and dynamic company with an international and multidisciplinary team of specialists who are passionate about enabling open science. The experience and expertise the candidate will bring to the team will not only drive the sales, marketing (and legal) departments forward but will also provide a fertile ground for the entire team to learn and grow. 

Candidate profile.

•    You have a Master's or Ph.D. level education, preferably in Real World Data, genomics, target discovery, or a related field.
•    You have an MBA qualification (highly desirable).
•    You have a proven track record (10-15 years) of success within the life science sector.
•    You have a strong background in IT, especially in custom-built solutions for research IT.
•    You have demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
•    You have a hunter mentality, with the ability to drive results and meet ambitious targets.
•    You have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
•    You are a solid and strong personality, capable of taking charge and making critical decisions.
•    You are a stimulating and motivating leader who challenges the team to excel and grow.

Working conditions.

The package is competitive including bonus plan, pension plan and 25 holidays. Buying a share could be possible as a mutual long term commitment.
