Job description.

The Operational Downstream Marketing Manager drives the Company’s efforts on our downstream marketing activities. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of marketing materials, events, website management, and other operational marketing efforts to support our MedTech business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management and Regulatory Affairs, to develop compelling marketing materials. While you will be actively involved in delivering marketing output yourself, you will also manage a team of 4 to 5 marketing professionals to ensure high-quality and consistent brand communication. You will report to the VP Sales & Marketing.

Candidate profile.

  • You have a bachelor in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing (NIMA B/C) or related field.
  • You have a proven track record in International B2B Marketing preferably in medical device industry, preferred with international distributor sales.
  • You have good knowledge of Medical and hospital products, preferably in OR. 
  • You have a proficiency with online / digital marketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You are combining strategic and hands-on skills.
  • You have a robust understanding of data management and marketing analytics.
  • You have a can do mentality to implement marketing plans supporting commercial plans and objectives.
  • You have good project management skills.
  • You have the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with business partners from various cultures.
  • You have good communication skills, great presenter and with strong persuasion and argumentation skills.
  • You are able to manage team(s) and budgets: ability to develop and maintain a psychological safe environment and lead by example
  • You are fluent in English (both spoken and written) 
  • You are willing to travel 20-30% international (depending on future perspective).
