Job description.

As an Application Specialist C-Arms, you are the key clinical link between our customers and Canon technology. You are responsible for ensuring the optimal use of C-Arms systems by users in your assigned region. You provide support during the aftersales phase and, when needed, assist in pre-sales activities, working closely with Product Specialists and Account Managers.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver application training to customers to ensure they can fully operate the C-Arms systems and select functions tailored to their specific clinical applications.
  • Configure systems according to customer requirements and advise on the most optimal setup.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers and monitor the correct use of installed equipment according to Canon standards.
  • Collect and share market information, clinical trends, and customer needs with colleagues and management to support sales and product development.
  • Participate in national and international conferences and symposia, follow up on leads, and inform customers about new products.
  • Support colleagues in other regions when needed, acting as a reliable backup to ensure continuous customer support.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Specialists and Account Managers during tender processes, demonstrations, and reference visits.

Candidate profile.

  • Degree in medical sciences, medical imaging, or nursing.
  • Experience in medical imaging, preferably with C-Arms.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes).
  • Flexible, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to spend most of the time in the field (approx. 80%) and occasionally work evenings or weekends.

  • Full-time position.
  • Most work (approx. 80%) will be conducted at customer sites or in the field.
  • Flexible working hours, with occasional evening or weekend tasks.
