Job description.
As an Application Specialist C-Arms, you are the key clinical link between our customers and Canon technology. You are responsible for ensuring the optimal use of C-Arms systems by users in your assigned region. You provide support during the aftersales phase and, when needed, assist in pre-sales activities, working closely with Product Specialists and Account Managers.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver application training to customers to ensure they can fully operate the C-Arms systems and select functions tailored to their specific clinical applications.
- Configure systems according to customer requirements and advise on the most optimal setup.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and monitor the correct use of installed equipment according to Canon standards.
- Collect and share market information, clinical trends, and customer needs with colleagues and management to support sales and product development.
- Participate in national and international conferences and symposia, follow up on leads, and inform customers about new products.
- Support colleagues in other regions when needed, acting as a reliable backup to ensure continuous customer support.
- Collaborate closely with Product Specialists and Account Managers during tender processes, demonstrations, and reference visits.
Candidate profile.
- Degree in medical sciences, medical imaging, or nursing.
- Experience in medical imaging, preferably with C-Arms.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes).
- Flexible, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to spend most of the time in the field (approx. 80%) and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
