Job omschrijving.

As a Senior Business Development Manager , you are responsible for all aspects of business development, strategic partnerships, and account management of our Healthcare IT solutions mainly in Flanders (and Wallonia).  You strive for growth and deliver excellent sales performance. You collaborate with executive management to determine the market development strategy, industry and account-level sales priorities and areas of focus within the industry market/s. You work closely with solution leaders to tailor offerings to the unique needs of the industry. You identify key markets in the Flemish region and develop strategies to establish our brand and obtain market share. 

Profiel van de kandidaat.

•    You have +5 years of related experience in the Healthcare IT business
•    You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree and experience with Healthcare IT 
•    You have excellent Dutch (written and verbal) communication skills. You’re able to express yourself in French.  
•    You have experience working with country-specific laws and issues as it pertains to healthcare industry. 
•    You have experience working with contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management.
•    You have strong leadership skills driven by excellent customer-service orientation.
•    You have strong skills in strategic and quantitative analysis and project management to identify key value drivers and quickly model complex issues.
