Our client headquartered in The Netherlands, has grown both organically and through mergers and acquisitions to a Group of nine companies employing 375 people. The Group’s companies are active in the development, manufacturing and distribution of anesthesia, intensive care, surgery and different specialized and general care products in Germany and The Benelux. The proprietary temperature management products of The Surgical Company are exported worldwide.

Job omschrijving.

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving and obtaining sales, margins and operational result for the set budget for Patient Temperature Management product portfolio and services in The Netherlands and Belgium. 
You will have 4 direct reports (2 in Belgium and 2 in The Netherlands) and a reporting line to the COO.
 

Profiel van de kandidaat.

•    You have an education on bachelor level.
•    You have preferable clinical and commercial experience in Anesthesia, Critical Care or Intensive Care.
•    You have experience in directing or managing sales teams.
•    You have good presentation & demonstration skills.
•    You have experience in all aspects of planning and implementing a sales strategy.
•    You have budgeting and analytical skills.
•    You have leadership skills. 
•    You are familiar with the relevant software applications e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM, Business Central.
•    You are fluent in English, Dutch and German (preferable)
