Global Product Manager.

Job omschrijving.

The Global Product Manager is the product champion,  responsible for the lifecycle management, commercial success, and post-market performance of assigned products. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sales (direct salesforces in Germany, Benelux, UK, France and US), Regulatory, and Clinical teams to ensure product adoption, regulatory compliance, and revenue growth. 
 

Profiel van de kandidaat.

•    5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management within the medical field.
•    Strong business mindset with an understanding of long-term strategic planning and how marketing drives sales.
•    Experience with KOL Management.
•    Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
•    Excellent analytical skills; able to translate market data into actionable plans.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders, customers, and distributors.
•    Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across regions. 
•    Brings a global mindset and customer focus to product planning and execution. 
•    Comfortable navigating complexity and delivering results in ambiguous or evolving environments.
•    Entrepreneurial spirit; proactively seeks ways to grow the business and leverage technology. 
•    Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage. 
•    Willingness to travel (~20% travel).
