• You will support the customer during the installation and implementation phase, enabling a quick and efficient clinical introduction.
• You assist with the configuration of the software, the customer-specific rollout and you act as a project manager during the installation process.  
• You will perform product demonstrations as requested by the sales team for prospective customers on-site, in workshops and at marketing events.
• You collaborate intensively with the supporting services of manufacturers and suppliers.
• You handle problems and customer requests until a solution is implemented.
• You are flexible and ‘adjusting your agenda to the wishes of customers’ is your second nature.

• You have bachelor’s or master’s degree in (medical) physics, radiation therapy, radiation biology, radiation oncology nursing, MTRA, PTA or as a RT Technician. 
• You have professional experience in radiotherapy. 
• You have practical experience of the clinical workflow in Radiotherapy and familiar with QA workflows and equipment (Patient / Machine /Diagnostic).
• You have written and verbal communication with high technical ability (French, English and/or Dutch).
• You have good presentation & demonstration skills
• You have a driving license and willing to travel frequently (50%) to The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
