As Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving and obtaining sales, margins and operational result for the set budget for Patient Temperature Management product portfolio and services in The Netherlands and Belgium. You will have 4 direct reports (2 in Belgium and 2 in The Netherlands) and a reporting line to the COO. |

• You have an education on bachelor level. • You have preferable clinical and commercial experience in Anesthesia, Critical Care or Intensive Care. • You have experience in directing or managing sales teams. • You have good presentation & demonstration skills. • You have experience in all aspects of planning and implementing a sales strategy. • You have budgeting and analytical skills. • You have leadership skills. • You are familiar with the relevant software applications e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM, Business Central. • You are fluent in English, Dutch and German (preferable) |
