For Coreline we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Healthcare AI IT Service Field Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to healthcare facilities implementing their AI solutions. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration, operation, and maintenance of their AI technology within clinical environments, ultimately enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
- On-Site Support: Provide hands-on technical support and assistance to healthcare facilities deploying our AI solutions. Collaborate with IT teams and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth integration and operation of our technology within existing systems and workflows.
- Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and test AI software applications and hardware components at client sites. Ensure proper setup and alignment with client requirements, including compatibility with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical devices.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare staff on the use and maintenance of our AI technology. Provide guidance on best practices, workflows, and troubleshooting techniques to optimize utilization and effectiveness.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system errors encountered by healthcare providers or IT personnel. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalate complex issues as needed, and implement solutions to minimize downtime. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
- Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patchesand system upgrades. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency.
