As a Recruitment Associate, the role is project-based and closely connected to a recruitment consultant, with daily collaboration across the full Thema Group team.
Responsibilities:
- Talent hunting through screening tools, databases, and social platforms
- Reaching out via phone, email and social networks to engage, inform and match candidates with open roles
- Capturing key professional and personal insights in the database with accuracy and context
- Growing and maintaining a strong candidate network with active use of platforms like LinkedIn and Xing
- Keeping the candidate database clean, updated and continuously expanding
- Guiding candidates through each step of the recruitment journey and coordinating communication between all parties
- Working toward and achieving personal KPIs with consistency and ownership
