Business Lead Heparin.

Hepac is a leading Dutch manufacturer of high-quality, fully traceable crude porcine heparin.
Almost all the heparin produced worldwide today is extracted from porcine intestinal mucosa. The harvesting of such mucosa for heparin takes place in pork-producing areas. Hepac, a Darling Ingredients company, is the go-to expert with direct access to high-quality mucosa of European origin at the source. Their robust processes, state-of-the-art process equipment and stringent quality controls make them a trusted partner for customers worldwide.
Hepac is producing a biochemical regulatory starting material (e.g. crude Heparin). The unique supply chain for the raw material, relevant regulation and customer needs requires a quality system and audit readiness to ensure patient safety, data integrity and product quality. The Business Lead Heparin will play a pivotal role in shaping the Heparin business.
