Description de l'emploi.

The Sales Director (he/she) will be responsible for the development and achievement of sales plans and forecasts, as well as market share growth within the Dutch market. The Sales Director shall secure achievement of target average sale prices aiming at maximizing sales effectiveness, as well as secure discipline in execution of sales process and opportunity maintenance in the company’s CRM. The Sales Director reports to the Regional Director Benelux.

Profil du candidat.

• You have demonstrated expertise in tailoring product and service offerings to meet market demands and enhance customer satisfaction.
• You have a proven track record in the sales and/or marketing of complex products and services, with a significant impact on business outcomes. Preferable within medical capital equipment (CT, MRI, X-Ray (Mammography, Bucky rooms, Mobile X-Ray)
• You have extensive experience in a multinational corporation setting.
• You have proven ability to maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including headquarters, local entities, and key customers.
• You have adaptability and resilience, with the capacity to thrive under pressure.
• You have an HBO or university degree.
• You are fluent in English, with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
