As a Service manager for the BeNeLux region, working for an industry leader, you'll manage a team of engineers that are committed to ensuring Tecan’s professional service for our customers who utilize our scientific instrumentation and software. You will be accountable for the Service and support sales team, partially responsible for overall Benelux revenue, while ensuring to follow the company rules and procedures.Profiel van de kandidaat.
- Degree or other qualifications in Electronic or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in Field Service and/or Application Support
- Experience in a supervisory role is a clear plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A valid driver’s licence
- Balanced business personality with both ambition and integrity.

- Effective communicator and persuasive presenter
- Stress resistant with high flexibility, balancing both thinking and action
