As the driving force behind sales in the South part of Germany, Switzerland and Austria (DACH), you will be the architect of success, maximizing sales and order intake. Your mission extends beyond transactions – you'll forge lasting customer relationships, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction and sustained profitability. Your canvas? The captivating landscapes of the DACH region.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Sales Mastery: Command the sales arena by seamlessly operating, communicating, and negotiating at various levels within client organizations.
  • Marketing Synergy: Collaborate with our dynamic marketing team in Leiden to craft and execute impactful local marketing strategies.
  • Customer Advocacy: Be the "Voice of the Customer" in the field, gathering valuable feedback to drive continuous improvement within their organization.
  • Network Maestro: Cultivate professional networks externally and internally to stay ahead of market needs and developments.
  • Event Maestro: Join the Medis team at trade shows, contributing to demonstrations and presentations that showcase their innovation.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with counterparts and leaders to create and implement regional sales and channel partner strategies, ensuring effective sales forecasting and progress reporting using Sales Force.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a starting team, providing guidance and support to ensure collective success.
  • Channel Distribution Development: Spearhead the development and management of channel distribution strategies, fostering new avenues for market penetration and growth.
     

Profiel van de kandidaat.

  • Educational Prowess: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (bio)medical imaging, IT-related discipline, or business administration, 
  • Sales Savvy: 3-5 years of sales or account management experience, ideally within Healthcare (hospitals, clinics, cardiology) or a B2B environment.
  • Industry Insight: Familiarity with healthcare trends, industry standards, and successful strategies for hospitals.
  • Commercial Drive: A passion for growing the Medis business in your territory.
  • Navigating Complexity: Experience in navigating complex industries and diverse channel structures in Germany.
