Coreline Soft AI Solution (‘Coreline’) General Manager in Europe will be responsible for regional commercial strategy, go to market for the entire portfolio of Coreline Soft. This role will lead the market development and collaborate with the global Coreline Soft team on the solutions portfolio. This role will be customer centric and focus on shaping value propositions that resonate with customers.

In this role, the individual must be a self-starter, strategic thinker, action and output driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and succeed in communicating with all levels within the organization and within customer institutions. This role will develop long-term, innovative & collaborative partnerships, and structure unique business models to expand access to care and deliver better outcomes.
 

Profiel van de kandidaat.

• Digital healthcare (IT, Medical Equipment, etc) experience of 7-12 years in a hospital, consulting or software company with progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers
• Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills. Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
• High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships
• Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization
• Can apply critical thinking skills and disciplined approaches to help leaders and leadership teams resolve issues and define solutions
• Knows how to effectively manage risk and uncertainty for self and team. Makes decisions with confidence when problems or solutions are not 100% defined
• Previous work experience with a digital healthcare solution is highly preferred – with some background in AI/ML related technologies, cloud / on prem platforms or solutions
