Service Strategy and Implementation:

• Develop and implement service strategies for X-Ray Medical Devices, medical information systems, and ultrasound medical equipment.
• Aim to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Team Management and Leadership:

• Daily management and leadership of service teams across each group.
• Develop and motivate teams for improved performance.

Technical Support and Maintenance:

• Supervise technical support and maintenance for X-Ray Medical Devices, medical information systems, and ultrasound medical equipment.
• Manage troubleshooting, regular maintenance, and updates.

Customer Relationship Building and Maintenance:

• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.

Operational Process Improvement:

• Improve operational processes for efficient service delivery.
• Enhance service through the introduction of new technologies and methodologies.

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Manage and improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and industry norms.

Budget Management and Resource Allocation:

• Plan and manage the budget for the service department.
• Optimize cost efficiency and resource allocation. 
   

Profiel van de kandidaat.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Medical Technology, Business Administration). 
• Practical experience in service management of X-Ray Medical Devices, medical information systems, and ultrasound medical equipment. 
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in Dutch, French and English. 
• Technical knowledge and customer service skills.
