The primary goal of headhunting is to persuade these individuals to leave their current jobs and join the hiring organization.
Executive search is similar to headhunting, but it is typically reserved for senior-level positions within an organization. This can include CEOs, CFOs, CSOs, vice presidents, directors, operational managers and other top-level executives. Executive search firms use their industry expertise, extensive networks, and thorough selection processes to identify and attract the best candidates for these high-profile roles.
