Job description.

a1 Envirosciences is seeking a Sales Manager for Analytical Systems to play a pivotal role in supporting their customers across sectors including environmental science, chemicals, energy, pharmaceuticals and food safety. 

They offer a comprehensive portfolio of advanced analytical instruments including Total Sulfur, Nitrogen and Chlorine analysers, Total Mercury analysers, Karl Fischer titration systems as well as multi-parameter and halogen analysis instruments. These solutions are essential for both laboratory applications and production processes, enabling customers to achieve accurate and reliable results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Project Management: Strengthen customer relationships from the initial inquiry to final product delivery. Provide expert technical advice and support, including application and after-sales assistance to help clients optimize their analytical processes.
  • Customer Development & Business Growth: Inspire potential clients with innovative solutions and build long-term trust as a reliable partner in analytical systems across various industries.
  • Team Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, laboratory, and product management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective integration of our systems at customer sites.
  • Events & Demonstrations: Organize and conduct equipment demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows to introduce clients to their advanced technologies and technical capabilities.

Candidate profile.

  • Education & Experience: You have a scientific background or substantial experience with analytical instrumentation and feel at home in a technical-commercial environment.
  • Analytical & Commercial Mindset: Your curiosity and problem-solving skills make you a strong sparring partner for clients with complex challenges.
  • Customer-Oriented & Independent: You work in a service-focused and organized manner, with an emphasis on building strong client relationships.
  • Team Player with a Results-Driven Approach: You connect people and know how to achieve both customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Language Skills: You communicate effectively in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German and French is a plus.
  • Location: You are based in the Netherlands.
