Job description.
As Business Development Manager (BDM), you play a pivotal role in identifying and seizing opportunities with new clients and in emerging markets. You are responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, with clear targets based on market segmentation.Candidate profile.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or Logistics Management.• Completed commercial training and/or courses.
• 5+ years of successful experience in a commercial role, preferably in temperature-sensitive packaging and distribution for the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries.
• Proficient in modern communication and administrative tools, including Office, Excel, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German or French is a plus.
• Clear vision on sales and international market development.
• Strong commercial acumen, opportunity-driven, and proactive.
• Pragmatic and hands-on approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop expertise in technologies, logistics processes, and packaging solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all relevant languages.
