Job description.
As a Recruitment Associate, the role is project-based and closely connected to a recruitment consultant, with daily collaboration across the full Thema Group team.
Responsibilities:
- Talent hunting through screening tools, databases, and social platforms
- Reaching out via phone, email and social networks to engage, inform and match candidates with open roles
- Capturing key professional and personal insights in the database with accuracy and context
- Growing and maintaining a strong candidate network with active use of platforms like LinkedIn and Xing
- Keeping the candidate database clean, updated and continuously expanding
- Guiding candidates through each step of the recruitment journey and coordinating communication between all parties
- Working toward and achieving personal KPIs with consistency and ownership
Candidate profile.
- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree
- Background in life sciences is a strong advantage (labtech, biotech, chemistry or pharmaceutical experience)
- Interest in or experience with the Life Science industry
- Experience in a commercial role or recruitment is a plus
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Confident in influencing and convincing others based on content and expertise
- Positive mindset with humour and an enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills and fluent in Dutch, good level of French
